FieldSet Controlling Fields Visible on Cart, Catalog and Bundle Configuration Page

Hello Everyone,

Welcome again to my blog.

We have already seen some field level settings to control product & its pricing behaviour.

Today we are going to learn about some field sets those controls the which fields will be visible during different views in Salesforce CPQ such as Catalog Page View, Cart Page View and Bundle Configuration Page view.

Lets review them:

  • Search Results (Product2) - This field set is available on Product2 object and controls which fields will be visible on Product Selection screen when we click 'Add Product' button in the cart.
Following is the screenshot of the fields added in 'Search Results' fieldSet.


Following is the view that we will get on Product Selection screen as a result of above.


  • Search Filters (Product2) - This field set is available on Product2 object and controls which fields will be visible on Product Filter screen available on product filter screen.

Following is the view that we will get on Product Selection screen as a result of the above.



  • OptionConfiguration (Product Option) - This field set is available on the Product Option object and controls which fields will be visible on the bundle configuration page.

Following is the view that we will get on the Bundle Configuration Screen as a result of above.



  • Line Editor (Quote) - This field set is available on Quote object and controls which fields will be visible on Cart page from quote.

  • Line Editor (Quote Line) - This field set is available on Quote Line object and controls which fields will be visible on cart page where quote lines are displayed.

  • Standard Line Item Drawer (Quote Line) - This field set is available on Quote Line object and controls which field will be visible in Quote Line Drawer section for each quote line.

Summary Variable - Salesforce CPQ
